10. QS. Yunus - 109 Ayat
وَلَوْ يُعَجِّلُ اللّٰهُ لِلنَّاسِ الشَّرَّ اسْتِعْجَالَهُمْ بِالْخَيْرِ لَقُضِيَ اِلَيْهِمْ اَجَلُهُمْۗ فَنَذَرُ الَّذِيْنَ لَا يَرْجُوْنَ لِقَاۤءَنَا فِيْ طُغْيَانِهِمْ يَعْمَهُوْنَ
And if Allah was to hasten for the people the evil [they invoke] as He hastens for them the good, their term would have been ended for them. But We leave the ones who do not expect the meeting with Us, in their transgression, wandering blindly
وَاِذَا مَسَّ الْاِنْسَانَ الضُّرُّ دَعَانَا لِجَنْۢبِهٖٓ اَوْ قَاعِدًا اَوْ قَاۤىِٕمًا ۚفَلَمَّا كَشَفْنَا عَنْهُ ضُرَّهٗ مَرَّ كَاَنْ لَّمْ يَدْعُنَآ اِلٰى ضُرٍّ مَّسَّهٗۗ كَذٰلِكَ زُيِّنَ لِلْمُسْرِفِيْنَ مَا كَانُوْا يَعْمَلُوْنَ
12. Dan apabila manusia ditimpa bahaya dia berdoa kepada Kami dalam keadaan berbaring, duduk atau berdiri, tetapi setelah Kami hilangkan bahaya itu darinya, dia kembali (ke jalan yang sesat), seolah-olah dia tidak pernah berdoa kepada Kami untuk (menghilangkan) bahaya yang telah menimpanya. Demikianlah dijadikan terasa indah bagi orang-orang yang melampaui batas apa yang mereka kerjakan.
And when affliction touches man, he calls upon Us, whether lying on his side or sitting or standing; but when We remove from him his affliction, he continues [in disobedience] as if he had never called upon Us to [remove] an affliction that touched him. Thus is made pleasing to the transgressors that which they have been doing
وَلَقَدْ اَهْلَكْنَا الْقُرُوْنَ مِنْ قَبْلِكُمْ لَمَّا ظَلَمُوْاۙ وَجَاۤءَتْهُمْ رُسُلُهُمْ بِالْبَيِّنٰتِ وَمَا كَانُوْا لِيُؤْمِنُوْا ۗ كَذٰلِكَ نَجْزِى الْقَوْمَ الْمُجْرِمِيْنَ
13. Dan sungguh, Kami telah membinasakan umat-umat sebelum kamu, ketika mereka berbuat zalim, padahal para rasul mereka telah datang membawa keterangan-keterangan (yang nyata), tetapi mereka sama sekali tidak mau beriman. Demikianlah Kami memberi balasan kepada orang-orang yang berbuat dosa.
And We had already destroyed generations before you when they wronged, and their messengers had come to them with clear proofs, but they were not to believe. Thus do We recompense the criminal people
ثُمَّ جَعَلْنٰكُمْ خَلٰۤىِٕفَ فِى الْاَرْضِ مِنْۢ بَعْدِهِمْ لِنَنْظُرَ كَيْفَ تَعْمَلُوْنَ
14. Kemudian Kami jadikan kamu sebagai pengganti-pengganti (mereka) di bumi setelah mereka, untuk Kami lihat bagaimana kamu berbuat.
Then We made you successors in the land after them so that We may observe how you will do.
وَاِذَا تُتْلٰى عَلَيْهِمْ اٰيَاتُنَا بَيِّنٰتٍۙ قَالَ الَّذِيْنَ لَا يَرْجُوْنَ لِقَاۤءَنَا ائْتِ بِقُرْاٰنٍ غَيْرِ هٰذَآ اَوْ بَدِّلْهُ ۗ قُلْ مَا يَكُوْنُ لِيْٓ اَنْ اُبَدِّلَهٗ مِنْ تِلْقَاۤئِ نَفْسِيْ ۚاِنْ اَتَّبِعُ اِلَّا مَا يُوْحٰٓى اِلَيَّ ۚ اِنِّيْٓ اَخَافُ اِنْ عَصَيْتُ رَبِّيْ عَذَابَ يَوْمٍ عَظِيْمٍ
15. Dan apabila dibacakan kepada mereka ayat-ayat Kami dengan jelas, orang-orang yang tidak mengharapkan pertemuan dengan Kami berkata, “Datangkanlah kitab selain Al-Qur’an ini atau gantilah.” Katakanlah (Muhammad), “Tidaklah pantas bagiku menggantinya atas kemauanku sendiri. Aku hanya mengikuti apa yang diwahyukan kepadaku. Aku benar-benar takut akan azab hari yang besar (Kiamat) jika mendurhakai Tuhanku.”
And when Our verses are recited to them as clear evidences, those who do not expect the meeting with Us say, “Bring us a Qur’an other than this or change it.” Say, [O Muhammad], “It is not for me to change it on my own accord. I only follow what is revealed to me. Indeed I fear, if I should disobey my Lord, the punishment of a tremendous Day.”
قُلْ لَّوْ شَاۤءَ اللّٰهُ مَا تَلَوْتُهٗ عَلَيْكُمْ وَلَآ اَدْرٰىكُمْ بِهٖ ۖفَقَدْ لَبِثْتُ فِيْكُمْ عُمُرًا مِّنْ قَبْلِهٖۗ اَفَلَا تَعْقِلُوْنَ
16. Katakanlah (Muhammad), “Jika Allah menghendaki, niscaya aku tidak membacakannya kepadamu dan Allah tidak (pula) memberitahukannya kepadamu.” Aku telah tinggal bersamamu beberapa lama sebelumnya (sebelum turun Al-Qur’an). Apakah kamu tidak mengerti?
Say, “If Allah had willed, I would not have recited it to you, nor would He have made it known to you, for I had remained among you a lifetime before it. Then will you not reason?”
فَمَنْ اَظْلَمُ مِمَّنِ افْتَرٰى عَلَى اللّٰهِ كَذِبًا اَوْ كَذَّبَ بِاٰيٰتِهٖۗ اِنَّهٗ لَا يُفْلِحُ الْمُجْرِمُوْنَ
17. Maka siapakah yang lebih zalim daripada orang yang mengada-adakan kebohongan terhadap Allah atau mendustakan ayat-ayat-Nya? Sesungguhnya orang-orang yang berbuat dosa itu tidak akan beruntung.
So who is more unjust than he who invents a lie about Allah or denies His signs? Indeed, the criminals will not succeed
وَيَعْبُدُوْنَ مِنْ دُوْنِ اللّٰهِ مَا لَا يَضُرُّهُمْ وَلَا يَنْفَعُهُمْ وَيَقُوْلُوْنَ هٰٓؤُلَاۤءِ شُفَعَاۤؤُنَا عِنْدَ اللّٰهِ ۗقُلْ اَتُنَبِّـُٔوْنَ اللّٰهَ بِمَا لَا يَعْلَمُ فِى السَّمٰوٰتِ وَلَا فِى الْاَرْضِۗ سُبْحٰنَهٗ وَتَعٰلٰى عَمَّا يُشْرِكُوْنَ
18. Dan mereka menyembah selain Allah, sesuatu yang tidak dapat mendatangkan bencana kepada mereka dan tidak (pula) memberi manfaat, dan mereka berkata, “Mereka itu adalah pemberi syafaat kami di hadapan Allah.” Katakanlah, “Apakah kamu akan memberitahu kepada Allah sesuatu yang tidak diketahui-Nya apa yang di langit dan tidak (pula) yang di bumi?” Mahasuci Allah dan Mahatinggi dari apa yang mereka persekutukan itu.
And they worship other than Allah that which neither harms them nor benefits them, and they say, “These are our intercessors with Allah ” Say, “Do you inform Allah of something He does not know in the heavens or on the earth?” Exalted is He and high above what they associate with Him
وَمَا كَانَ النَّاسُ اِلَّآ اُمَّةً وَّاحِدَةً فَاخْتَلَفُوْاۗ وَلَوْلَا كَلِمَةٌ سَبَقَتْ مِنْ رَّبِّكَ لَقُضِيَ بَيْنَهُمْ فِيْمَا فِيْهِ يَخْتَلِفُوْنَ
19. Dan manusia itu dahulunya hanyalah satu umat, kemudian mereka berselisih. Kalau tidak karena suatu ketetapan yang telah ada dari Tuhanmu, pastilah telah diberi keputusan (di dunia) di antara mereka, tentang apa yang mereka perselisihkan itu.
And mankind was not but one community [united in religion], but [then] they differed. And if not for a word that preceded from your Lord, it would have been judged between them [immediately] concerning that over which they differ.
وَيَقُوْلُوْنَ لَوْلَآ اُنْزِلَ عَلَيْهِ اٰيَةٌ مِّنْ رَّبِّهٖۚ فَقُلْ اِنَّمَا الْغَيْبُ لِلّٰهِ فَانْتَظِرُوْاۚ اِنِّيْ مَعَكُمْ مِّنَ الْمُنْتَظِرِيْنَ ࣖ
20. Dan mereka berkata, “Mengapa tidak diturunkan kepadanya (Muhammad) suatu bukti (mukjizat) dari Tuhannya?” Katakanlah, “Sungguh, segala yang gaib itu hanya milik Allah; sebab itu tunggu (sajalah) olehmu. Ketahuilah aku juga menunggu bersama kamu.”
And they say, “Why is a sign not sent down to him from his Lord?” So say, “The unseen is only for Allah [to administer], so wait; indeed, I am with you among those who wait.”
