21. QS. Al-Anbiya' (Para Nabi) - 112 Ayat
قَالُوْا فَأْتُوْا بِهٖ عَلٰٓى اَعْيُنِ النَّاسِ لَعَلَّهُمْ يَشْهَدُوْنَ
61. Mereka berkata, “(Kalau demikian) bawalah dia dengan diperlihatkan kepada orang banyak, agar mereka menyaksikan.”
They said, “Then bring him before the eyes of the people that they may testify.”
ۗقَالُوْٓا ءَاَنْتَ فَعَلْتَ هٰذَا بِاٰلِهَتِنَا يٰٓاِبْرٰهِيْمُ
62. Mereka bertanya, “Apakah engkau yang melakukan (perbuatan) ini terhadap tuhan-tuhan kami, wahai Ibrahim?”
They said, “Have you done this to our gods, O Abraham?”
قَالَ بَلْ فَعَلَهٗ كَبِيْرُهُمْ هٰذَا فَسْـَٔلُوْهُمْ اِنْ كَانُوْا يَنْطِقُوْنَ
63. Dia (Ibrahim) menjawab, “Sebenarnya (patung) besar itu yang melakukannya, maka tanyakanlah kepada mereka, jika mereka dapat berbicara.”
He said, “Rather, this – the largest of them – did it, so ask them, if they should [be able to] speak.”
فَرَجَعُوْٓا اِلٰٓى اَنْفُسِهِمْ فَقَالُوْٓا اِنَّكُمْ اَنْتُمُ الظّٰلِمُوْنَ
64. Maka mereka kembali kepada kesadaran mereka dan berkata, “Sesungguhnya kamulah yang menzalimi (diri sendiri).”
So they returned to [blaming] themselves and said [to each other], “Indeed, you are the wrongdoers.”
ثُمَّ نُكِسُوْا عَلٰى رُءُوْسِهِمْۚ لَقَدْ عَلِمْتَ مَا هٰٓؤُلَاۤءِ يَنْطِقُوْنَ
65. Kemudian mereka menundukkan kepala (lalu berkata), “Engkau (Ibrahim) pasti tahu bahwa (berhala-berhala) itu tidak dapat berbicara.”
Then they reversed themselves, [saying], “You have already known that these do not speak!”
ۗقَالَ اَفَتَعْبُدُوْنَ مِنْ دُوْنِ اللّٰهِ مَا لَا يَنْفَعُكُمْ شَيْـًٔا وَّلَا يَضُرُّكُمْ
66. Dia (Ibrahim) berkata, “Mengapa kamu menyembah selain Allah, sesuatu yang tidak dapat memberi manfaat sedikit pun, dan tidak (pula) mendatangkan mudarat kepada kamu?
He said, “Then do you worship instead of Allah that which does not benefit you at all or harm you?
اُفٍّ لَّكُمْ وَلِمَا تَعْبُدُوْنَ مِنْ دُوْنِ اللّٰهِ ۗاَفَلَا تَعْقِلُوْنَ
67. Celakalah kamu dan apa yang kamu sembah selain Allah! Tidakkah kamu mengerti?”
Uff to you and to what you worship instead of Allah. Then will you not use reason?”
قَالُوْا حَرِّقُوْهُ وَانْصُرُوْٓا اٰلِهَتَكُمْ اِنْ كُنْتُمْ فٰعِلِيْنَ
68. Mereka berkata, “Bakarlah dia dan bantulah tuhan-tuhan kamu, jika kamu benar-benar hendak berbuat.”
They said, “Burn him and support your gods – if you are to act.”
ۙقُلْنَا يٰنَارُ كُوْنِيْ بَرْدًا وَّسَلٰمًا عَلٰٓى اِبْرٰهِيْمَ
69. Kami (Allah) berfirman, “Wahai api! Jadilah kamu dingin, dan penyelamat bagi Ibrahim!”
Allah said, “O fire, be coolness and safety upon Abraham.”
ۚوَاَرَادُوْا بِهٖ كَيْدًا فَجَعَلْنٰهُمُ الْاَخْسَرِيْنَ
70. Dan mereka hendak berbuat jahat terhadap Ibrahim, maka Kami menjadikan mereka itu orang-orang yang paling rugi.
And they intended for him harm, but We made them the greatest losers.
